HR Generalist

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join a team in the manufacturing industry. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, offers).
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Support conflict resolution and foster a positive work culture
• Provide guidance to managers and staff on performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
• Organize and coordinate workshops or learning sessions
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports (turnover, recruitment metrics, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist or Specialist
• Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
